Ellesmere tourist information centre is closed during January & Feburary. The TIC is open from the first weekend in March - April on Thursday's - Sundays only. From the end of October until Christmas, the TIC is open only on Saturday's and Sunday's from 11.00 a.m. until 04.00 p.m.
